The course costs £405 and includes all materials and expert tuition. There is an additional cost of £39 for the starter pack for beginners* and £19 for the top-up paper pack for returners*. You’ll also enjoy tea and coffee in a warm, friendly, and non-judgemental environment.
That works out at around £10 per hour—comparable to, or even less than, many yoga or pilates classes—for our three-hour weekly sessions over 14 weeks.
