Welcome to The Seasons Art Class

Are you ready to discover your creative side in a fun, relaxed and welcoming environment?

Join us every Monday at the Northchurch Social Centre in Berkhamsted for an inspiring art experience designed especially for adults. Choose the time that suits you best:
• Morning class 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
• Afternoon class 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Both sessions offer the same exciting content, so you won’t miss a thing whichever you choose.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to brush up on your skills, our classes are the perfect place to start your artistic journey.

14-Week Course – A Journey Through Art

Structured Learning Journey

Over 14 weeks, we’ll guide you through four different mediums: pencil drawing, oil pastels, watercolours and acrylics.

You’ll learn new skills that you can enjoy forever, meet new friends and have a fantastic time creating art you’ll always remember.

Each class is led by a friendly, highly qualified tutor and a helpful assistant, ensuring you get the personal attention you need.

Our lessons are designed to build your skills from the ground up, making it perfect for beginners just like you.

You’ll discover the techniques and secrets needed to create beautiful pieces of art in a fun and comprehensive course.

Relax & Enjoy

Joyful, Relaxed Learning

This warm and welcoming course gently guides you through a variety of art materials, helping you grow in both confidence and skill.

Led by a friendly tutor offering plenty of hands-on support, each session is relaxed, inspiring, and full of encouragement.

With no judgments or awards for a ‘best artist’, we foster a friendly, inclusive atmosphere where everyone supports and uplifts one another.

No experience needed — just bring your curiosity and enjoy creating artwork you’ll be proud of.

Along the way, you’ll connect with others, spark your creativity, and have plenty of fun.

I've always wanted to do an art class, but could never find the time until now. My teacher said at school I wasn't very good and that stuck with me for years. I really enjoyed the class and aquired some really good skills. My favourite medium is drawing.

Ever since school I've always drawn and doodled. So when leaflet dropped through my door about the Seasons Art Class I thrilled. The class is really well run with a qualified tutor. I didn't want to do an online course as I would loose interest half way. I wanted the structure and this is exactely what I got. I loved and will return to continue on my art journey.

Like so many I've spoken to at the Seasons art class, my art class at school was a bit non-existant. But I always loved it and I wonder what could I been had I studied it further. Alas, other things got in the way. So I was really please when I saw an ad for the Seasons art class I couldn't wait to sign up!

What can I say about the Seasons art class other than it was brilliant. I never thought I could draw other than 'matchstick' men, but as my tutor pointed out. Maybe matchstick men with be my style! If it's good enough for Mr Lowery' it's good enough for me!
